STRAWBERRYS:

Strawberry, Fragaria ananassa strawberry, fraise.

The small, round, heart-shaped or elongated red fruit is slightly mottled yellowish. It thrives on low-growing shrubs and loves a moist soil. The flesh is white and reddish.

PEACH:

This fruit, native of China, belongs to the rose famaly and its main season is in summer. In addition to potassium, it is a good source of vitamin C.

NECTARINE:

The nectarine is a drupe, and related to the peach. The difference between the Nectarine and the Peach is the smooth peel of the Nectarine, it is not as sensitive. Therefore, we can eat the Nectarine as an apple, with or whitout peel. Ripe Nectarines taste as sweet as peaches. The advantage of the smooth peel and the lower sensitivity makes the Nectarine to a more popular Fruit as the Peach.

ORANGE:

Orange is a tropical to semitropical, evergreen, small flowering tree growing to about 5 to 8 m tall and bears seasonal fruits that measure about 3 inches in diameter and weigh about 100-150 g. Oranges are classified into two general categories, sweet and bitter, with the former being the type most commonly consumed.

LEMON:

Lemons are packed with numerous health benefiting nutrients. The fruit is low in calories, 29 calories per 100 g, one of the lowest among the citrus groups. It contains no saturated fats or cholesterol, but is rich in dietary fiber (7.36% of RDA). Lemon is one of the very low glycemic fruits.

RASPBERRY:

Wonderfully delicious, bright red-colored raspberry is among the most popular berries grown all over the world. They are rich source of health promoting plant-derived nutrients, minerals, and vitamins that are essential for optimum health.
Delicious raspberries are low in calories and saturated fats but are rich source of dietary fiber and antioxidants. 100 g berries contain just 52 calories but provide 6.5 g of fiber (16% of daily recommended intake).

BLACKBERRY:

The blackberry is an aggregate fruit that is composed of many smaller fruits called drupes. The fruit is very dark purple with smooth, fragile skin. In the middle of the cluster is a greenish-white core that extends to almost the bottom of the berry. Blackberries can be easily confused with raspberries, but raspberries (including black raspberries) have a hollow center.
